Y13 - Exam Results Collection Information 18th August 2022

We look forward to welcoming all students on the morning of the 18th August, 2022 in order to celebrate their achievements in person. Results will be available to students between 8.00am – 11.00am.

Students will need to enter through the 6th form entrance (situated off the main car park behind the chapel) and they will be asked to sign for collection of their results. Due to the limited space, we ask that parents/carers do not accompany any student into the school building, though you are, of course, welcome to wait in the car park.
In a limited number of cases, a student may be asked to complete a Review of Results request form.

A member of SLT will talk students through the individual reasons on the day.
Results can only be collected by the named student unless we have received written consent in advance stating who they wish to collect their results on their behalf. Please ensure written consent is signed by the student and submitted to Mrs Reynolds. If your child would prefer their results to be posted home, please provide an A4 stamped, self-addressed envelope to Mrs Reynolds who will ensure the results are sent out on the Thursday of results week.

Please be aware that UCAS usually email students at about 7.30am on Thursday, 18th August to inform them if they have been successful with their application to university. It is therefore vital that their contact details are up to date.

Students should bring their UCAS number and contact details for both their firm and insurance institutions when picking up their results if final decisions have not been made online by Universities or if they have decided not to accept offers made. Mrs McKie (lmck@bwh.staffs.sch.uk),Mrs Broomhall and members of the SLT will be present to help with any problems.

If a student wishes to make an application to university once they have left school following a gap year, they will need to contact Mrs Broomhall on RAB@bwh.staffs.sch.uk to be able to access the new online system for 2023 entrance.

Students who are not signing up for the 6th form are able to collect their results between 9.30am – 11.00am.

Students will need to enter through the 6th form entrance (situated off the main car park behind the chapel) where they will be asked to sign for their results and a 6th form enrolment form. They will then be greeted by a member of SLT in an adjoining room. If a student is unable to collect their results on the day, these can be emailed to the student but they must email Mrs Reynolds (exams@bwh.staffs.sch.uk) to request this using their school email address. Results will only be available to be emailed after 11.00am.

Results can only be collected by the named student unless we have received written consent in advance stating who they wish to collect their results on their behalf. Please ensure written consent is signed by the student and submitted to Mrs Reynolds.
