Outstanding A-Level results for Y13!

We are pleased to report some outstanding achievements by our students in their A level and other qualifications this summer.

This year, following the cancellation of exams, grades were awarded through a rigorous process of teacher assessed grades, against a national standard and approved and awarded by the exam boards. The government is not publishing performance data for any schools or colleges this year due to the varying impact of the pandemic.

Mr K Brown, Principal, said, “We are immensely proud of all the work and achievements of our Year 13 students, especially after such a difficult and challenging year. Our teachers have worked tirelessly to ensure students are able to progress onto higher education and study, and we look forward to seeing their fantastic achievements in the future.”

Mrs L McKie, Senior Assistant Principal, commented, “We are so proud of each and every one of our students. Under the most challenging circumstances, they have shown resilience, determination, and incredible positivity - true ambassadors of Blessed William Howard. They are thoroughly deserving of the excellent A level results they have achieved, and I look forward to hearing of their undoubtable future successes. Congratulations Y13 2021!”
